Dietary Aide

The Mansion Nursing & Rehab Center is looking for a part time Dietary Aide. This position is 12-16 hours a week . The shifts are 3p-7p and include every other weekend; some day shifts available as needed.

Dietary Aide Responsibilities:

reviews menu and prepares desserts according to diet specifications prepares salads, fruits, condiments, etc. according to menu and places on rays as required assist cook in meal service at end of meal service: wash tables, sweep and mop floor operates dumbwaiter with cook to send meals upstairs and receive after meal service washes cookware and pots. Operates dishwasher to clean and disinfect all meal-service dishes and utensils
