Full Time Dietary Aide

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.

Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents/patients
• Ensure all food is served at the correct temperature and in appropriate portions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
• Follow dietary restrictions and special instructions when preparing meals
• Assist with food production tasks as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to residents/patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Some weekends required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, nursing home, or hospital kitchen preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ability to follow dietary restrictions and special instructions accurately
• Strong time management skills to ensure timely meal service
• Basic cooking skills are a plus
