Job Description
We are looking for a dietary aide for our facility in Nashville to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and portion sizes
- Ensure that all food is handled and stored safely and in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with meal service, including setting tables, serving residents, and bussing tables
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas before and after use
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with the dietary team to meet the nutritional needs of residents
