Do you enjoy helping others and being part of a team that makes a real difference? Beaumont Health Care Center is looking for a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our dining services team! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in serving nutritious, high-quality meals to residents and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining experience. We're seeking a flexible individual for a split shift schedule, which includes a mix of morning and evening hours, to support meal preparation and service throughout the day. What You'll Do Assist in meal preparation and food service under the supervision of the Dietary Manager Serve meals to residents in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining area, and serving stations Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment following food safety and sanitation procedures Stock supplies and ensure items are properly labeled and stored Support residents with kindness, respect, and a commitment to excellent service What We're Looking For Prior experience in food service or healthcare dining preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work split shifts, including some mornings and evenings A passion for helping others and creating a positive dining experience Why Join Beaumont Health Care Center Daily Pay Option
