Dietary Manager - Long Term Care Experience

• Must have Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Experience

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine dietary needs and restrictions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized meal plans
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust meal plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines and regulations
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of meals to patients
• Manage inventory of food and supplies, and coordinate ordering as needed
• Train and supervise dietary staff members

Experience:

• Previous experience in a dietary management role required
• Must have long-term care facility kitchen experience
• Knowledge of nutrition principles and dietary requirements for different medical conditions
• Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation methods related to dietary needs
• Experience working in an assisted living or healthcare setting is a plus
