Essential Functions Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations Preparing and serving beverages Setting up and passing trays for meal service Stocking snack cart Bussing of tables and trays Cleaning the kitchen work area Dishwashing Follow proper handwashing guidelines Additional special projects or tasks can be assigned at times by the CDM or the Executive Director Educational/Training Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred Licensing Requirements Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate Experience Requirements Working in a commercial kitchen experience is preferred Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative but not necessary all inclusive, of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
