Part-Time Cook & Dietary Aide, Every Other Weekend 6am-2pm Come join our team at Meadow Glen of Leesburg. We are a small assisted living community of 40 residents located in the heart of Leesburg, Virginia. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Cook / Dietary Aide to join our small assisted living team. This position plays a key role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents by preparing nutritious meals, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and providing excellent service with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook daily meals according to menu plans and dietary guidelines Assist with food prep, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients Serve meals to residents in dining areas and deliver room service as needed Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and workstations Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies Accommodate special dietary needs and preferences of residents Provide friendly, respectful interaction with residents and staff Support team members with general kitchen and service tasks as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Excellent Customer Service Skills General knowledge and ability to conform to sanitation and safe food handling practices Passion and enthusiasm for working in the kitchen Must have reliable transportation Compensation Based on Experience License ServSafe (Preferred)
