High school diploma or equivalent Prior food service experience Prior healthcare experience Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions Knowledge of dietary services practices and procedures Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary services in a long-term care facility Ability to work every other weekend is required!
