Join us!: A Dietary Aide supports the nutrition team in a nursing facility by helping prepare, serve, and deliver meals to residents. The core goal is to ensure residents receive safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals that meet their dietary needs. ??

Key Responsibilities:

Meal Preparation — Assist with basic food prep, portioning, and plating according to menus and diet orders. Meal Service — Deliver trays, ensure meals are presented safely and on time. Diet Compliance — Follow special diets such as low-sodium, pureed, diabetic, or allergy-specific plans. Sanitation Tasks — Clean kitchen areas, wash dishes, and maintain food-safety standards. Resident Support — Communicate kindly with residents and report concerns to nursing or dietary staff. ??

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
