Days/Evenings Essential Functions:
Serve meals and snacks in a timely manner Follow production tools and recipes for items assigned to prepare Set-up meal trays for residents served in rooms, dining room, and other dining areas Deliver food carts and trays and remove them when meal is finished Assist in daily cleaning duties (i.e., sweeping, dishwashing, mopping) Assist in the evacuation of residents Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance Must be able to communicate and function productively in an interdisciplinary team Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Must be able to lift 35 lbs floor to waist, lift 35 lbs waist to shoulder, lift and carry 35 lbs, and push/pull 35 lbs Come and grow with us! As an important member of our team, the Dietary Aide provides assistance in all food service functions to ensure patients' dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be providing assistance in food preparation and serving, while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.
