As a Dietary Aide , you'll play a key role in supporting resident health and happiness through food service. Residents will remember you. Your team will rely on you. Key Responsibilities Portion and serve food items according to guidelines Deliver trays and carts to resident wings Assist on the tray line during meal service Clean and maintain dining rooms Work in dish room and pot sink Sweep and mop kitchen and dining areas Dispose of trash and recyclables properly Complete additional duties as assigned by the Dietary Director What We're Looking For Dependable and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and support team needs Passion for supporting resident care through quality service We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
