Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Diet Clerk to join our team. As a Diet Clerk, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritious meals and exceptional service to our patients. This position works a variable schedule, day shift position. The schedule includes an every 3rd weekend rotation. The Diet Clerk, utilizing the principles of nutrition, prepares the menu and/or tray for all diets, coordinates food preparation, prepares, delivers and serves the trays to patient(s). This position is responsible for collecting dirty dishes and returning them to the kitchen. The Diet Clerk communicates with the patient and family, supervisor, and co-workers as indicated.
