Looking for a Meaningful Job with Flexible Hours? Waterford is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Dietary Aide to join our team. Dietary Aides play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by serving meals, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. No experience? No problem! We will train the right person. This is a great opportunity for students, those looking for part-time work, or anyone who enjoys helping others. Responsibilities Serve meals and beverages to residents in a courteous and professional manner. Assist with meal preparation and food portioning. Set up and clean dining rooms before and after meals. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Stock supplies and assist with kitchen organization. Interact positively with residents and provide excellent customer service. Assist with special events, holiday meals, and resident celebrations as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Ability to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check (if age applicable). Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
