is a 111-bed, non-profit, short- and long-term nursing care and rehabilitation facility located in Elkins, WV. ERCC delivers a full-range of skilled and intermediate nursing care services to those who are recovering from injury or illness and those who may need assistance transitioning to the later stages in life. Dietary Aide / Kitchen Helper Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center (ERCC) - Elkins, WV Full-Time | $13.75+ per hour Looking to grow your experience in food service or healthcare hospitality? Whether you've worked as a server, busser, host, line cook, or prep cook , this is your chance to bring your skills to a team that makes a real impact—every single day. At Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center (ERCC) , we care for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or transitioning into long-term care. As a Dietary Aide , you'll play a vital role in creating a positive mealtime experience for our residents. What You'll Do- Set up food trays and deliver meal carts to resident areas
- Prepare snacks and between-meal nourishments
- Help plate and serve meals on the tray line
- Assist with basic food prep and beverage service
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and work areas
- Support the dietary team with additional kitchen tasks as needed This is a full-time position working 12:30pm - 8:30pm , including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Who You Are
- Friendly, dependable, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Experienced in food service, restaurants, or hospitality (preferred but not required) If you've worked in a restaurant kitchen , cafeteria , or hospital food service , you'll feel right at home here. What We Offer
