Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) -

Clinical Nutrition Location:

West Hollywood, CA 90048

Pay:

$52/hour

Job Type:

Travel/Contract (Full-Time)

Schedule:

5x8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM)

Weekend Requirement:

Every 3rd weekend + occasional holiday coverage Job Overview We are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with at least 2 years of clinical experience to join a healthcare nutrition services team in an acute care setting. This role involves providing comprehensive medical nutrition therapy to hospitalized patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and reassessments Perform Nutrition-Focused Physical Exams (NFPE) Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans Manage enteral nutrition (tube feeding) and TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) Monitor and address nutrition therapy complications Perform calorie counts and therapeutic diet order reviews Assess and treat protein-calorie malnutrition Document care using EPIC electronic medical record system Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams on patient care plans Required Qualifications Active RD/RDN certification (CDR credential required) Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Dietitian Experience in acute care or hospital-based nutrition services Proficiency with

EPIC EMR

Strong understanding of clinical nutrition therapies Preferred Experience Hospital/acute care nutrition experience Experience with ICU or complex patient populations Familiarity with food service and healthcare nutrition operations Schedule Notes No scheduling requests accommodated Weekend rotation required (every 3rd weekend) No time off allowed during first 2 weeks Must be fully available for assigned schedule at submission Compensation $52/hour Competitive for clinical RD contract roles in California healthcare settings
