Position Overview The Registered Dietitian provides nutritional assessment, intervention, and education to support resident health and clinical outcomes. This role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient dietary operations. Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and document residents' nutritional status Develop and implement therapeutic diets and care plans Provide nutrition education to residents and families Identify malnutrition risks and coordinate care with the team Ensure regulatory compliance Contribute to care planning and quality improvement Oversee dietary operations, including food service and budget Train staff on nutrition and dietary practices Maintain accurate documentation and credentials Promote a safe environment and respond to emergencies
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition or related field
Credentials:
Registered Dietitian (CDR); ServSafe® certification
Experience:
