Job Description

Clinical Dietitian - Acute Care (Hospital Setting) We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join a fast-paced acute care team and make an immediate impact on complex patient care. This is an opportunity for a confident, autonomous RD who thrives in a dynamic hospital environment and is ready to step in and contribute from day one.
What You'll Do:
Lead comprehensive nutrition care for medically complex patients, including dialysis, TPN, PPN, and enteral nutrition (NGT/PEG). Conduct in-depth nutrition assessments using lab data, medical history, and clinical indicators to drive evidence-based interventions. Track patient outcomes including weight trends and nutrition support status to ensure optimal care delivery. Document all assessments and interventions accurately in the EMR (transitioning from ProTouch to Well). Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required Strong acute care hospital experience Hands-on experience with complex nutrition support (tube feeding, dialysis, TPN/PPN) Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with ProTouch or Well systems Membership in the
Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics ServSafe Certification Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility available as needed)
