We are seeking a compassionate, clinically driven Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, social services, physicians, and dietary staff to optimize resident outcomes. Partner closely with the Dietary Manager to ensure high-quality food service operations, regulatory compliance, menu implementation, resident satisfaction, and a positive dining experience. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to resident-centered care planning. Provide nutrition education to residents, families, nursing staff, and dietary team members, as needed Advocate for resident choice, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered nutrition care. Required Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration Current state licensure/certification as required Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities Passion for serving the geriatric and rehabilitation populations Preferred Qualifications Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care Knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality measures Experience with wound care, dialysis, diabetes management, tube feeding, and IDDSI implementation Experience collaborating with Food & Nutrition Services leadership teams The Difference You'll Make In this role, every recommendation, intervention, and conversation matters.
