In this engaging position, you will assess patients' dietary needs, develop tailored nutrition plans, and provide expert guidance to empower individuals to achieve their wellness goals. Your expertise will help foster healthier lifestyles and improve overall patient outcomes in a collaborative, supportive environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for diverse patient populations, including evaluating medical histories, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans aligned with evidence-based practices and patient needs Provide clear, motivating counseling sessions to educate patients on proper nutrition, meal planning, and healthy lifestyle choices Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate nutritional strategies into overall treatment plans and monitor progress regularly Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards Stay current with the latest research and guidelines in dietetics to ensure the delivery of high-quality care Support community outreach initiatives by providing nutrition education workshops and resources Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution Current registration as a Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or equivalent credentialing body Valid state licensure or certification required by local regulations for practicing as an RDN Prior experience working in clinical, community, or outpatient settings is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and compassionately Knowledge of medical terminology, dietary guidelines, and nutritional assessment tools Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Join us in delivering impactful nutrition care that transforms lives!
