This is an excellent opportunity for an RDN who is passionate about community health, nutrition education, chronic disease management, and making a meaningful impact with underserved populations. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with clients, providing individualized nutrition counseling, and working in a collaborative healthcare environment focused on improving lives. Position Highlights Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Pay range: $36-$38/hour Monday-Friday schedule Supportive and mission-driven team environment Opportunity to work with diverse community populations Meaningful work that directly impacts client wellness and quality of life Responsibilities Conduct nutritional assessments and evaluations Provide individualized nutrition counseling and education Develop care plans and nutrition recommendations Support clients with chronic disease management and healthy lifestyle changes Maintain accurate documentation and client records Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Provide community-based nutrition education and support services Qualifications Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field Experience in nutrition counseling, assessments, and care planning preferred Community health, clinic, nonprofit, public health, or WIC experience strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bilingual Spanish is a plus Ideal Backgrounds Community health clinics Public health programs Nonprofit healthcare organizations WIC programs Outpatient nutrition counseling Chronic disease education and wellness programs If you are passionate about helping individuals improve their health through nutrition and want to work in a rewarding community-focused environment, we encourage you to apply.
Pay:
$36.00 - $38.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you currently hold an active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential? Do you have at least 2 years of professional nutrition counseling or community health experience? Do you have experience working in community health, nonprofit, outpatient clinic, or public health environments? Are you comfortable with a temporary-to-hire opportunity paying $36-$38/hour?
