Registered Dietitian - DME Clinical Liaison Ward Road Pharmacy - 4.0 Arvada, CO Job Details 1 hour ago Benefits Health savings account Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Mid-level Communication skills Full Job Description Registered Dietitian - DME Clinical Liaison Job Overview Clinical & Patient Care Deliver and set up enteral feeding pumps and related DME equipment in hospital and community settings Provide hands-on education to patients and caregivers on pump use and troubleshooting Advise on enteral formulas, pump issues, and nutrition-related concerns Document equipment delivery and patient education Hospital, Homecare & Referral Coordination Support hospital discharge planning with pump teaches Collaborate with MGA Homecare nursing teams Support patients within MGA Homecare's existing census Represent Ward Road Pharmacy in hospital and non-hospital settings DME Awareness & Care Coordination Maintain working knowledge of incontinence, ostomy, wound care, and disposable DME Identify additional patient needs and coordinate warm handoffs to intake Operations & Intake Collaboration Coordinate orders, documentation, and delivery timelines Assist with issue resolution impacting onboarding or continuity of care Vendor & Relationship Management Maintain relationships with DME and enteral vendors Serve as clinical liaison for pump and formula manufacturers Additional Job Description Information Required Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), active license Experience with enteral nutrition and pump education Strong communication skills Ability to travel locally Preferred Qualifications Experience in DME, homecare, or discharge planning Familiarity with common enteral pump platforms
