Up to 20 hours per week with a somewhat flexible schedule; must be available for IDT meetings

Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do Complete nutritional screenings, assessments, re-assessments, and care planning for residents Develop and implement nutritional care plans and dietary interventions Collaborate with Dining Services to support therapeutic diets and individualized meal plans Participate in IDT meetings, care conferences, wound meetings, and family meetings Monitor resident weights, hydration, intake, skin integrity, and nutritional status Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and dietary standards of practice Maintain timely and accurate documentation within resident medical records Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives related to nutrition services Observe resident meal services and dining environments to ensure quality and resident satisfaction Assist Dining Services leadership with nutrition-related policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Current state licensure/certification as required Long-term care or geriatric nutrition experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team Preferred Qualifications Senior living or healthcare experience Experience with CMS regulations and nutritional compliance standards Experience participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and resident care planning Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Life & AD&D Insurance Short
