Job Summary:
The Dietician-Temporary is responsible for overseeing the nutrition and dietary needs of our patients and residents. This temporary position is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Dietician-Temporary , you will be responsible for creating personalized meal plans, conducting patient assessments, and monitoring nutritional intake. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our patients and residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans Develop and implement comprehensive nutrition care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient nutritional intake and progress Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding nutritional needs and plans Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and dietetics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
Minimum Years of Experience:
1 year preferred, but not required
Level of Education:
Bachelor's Schedule:
16-20 hours per week for 12 weeks
