The Nutritionist/Dietician will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness through effective nutrition management. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate dietary habits and nutritional needs. Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on diagnostic evaluations and patient requirements. Supervise the implementation of dietary plans, ensuring adherence to recommended guidelines. Provide education to patients and families regarding nutrition, including tube feeding when necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition into overall patient care strategies. Stay updated on the latest research in dietetics and physiology to provide evidence-based recommendations. Monitor and adjust dietary plans as needed based on patient progress and feedback. Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, dietary plans, and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Strong knowledge of physiology as it relates to nutrition and health management. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and diagnostic evaluation methods.
