We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / long-term care setting. Responsibilities:

Conduct nutritional assessments for residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans Provide counseling and education to residents, families, and staff Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and dietary staff for coordinated care Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and documentation standards

Qualifications:
