Major Responsibilities Plan, organize, develop, and direct the nutritional care of the residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility. Ensure that quality nutritional services are being provided on a daily basis and to act as a resource to the Director of Dining Services so that the Food Services Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner. Develop and interpret policies and procedures governing the operations of the Dining Services Department, including nutrition care. Provide consultation to the Director of Dining Services, Executive Director, and/or RVPO on federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to food service operations. You are entrusted to provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. Minimum Qualifications Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university. Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association and/or licensed in Dietetics by the applicable state. Must have, as a minimum, 3-5 year(s) of dietary experience in long-term care either as a consultant or in a supervisory capacity. You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
