Food & Nutrition Services, Pasco Schools District, 7227 Land 'Lakes Blvd., Land O'Lakes, FL 34638 Registered Dietician 7.5 Hours 245 Days Per Year 12 month positions

Full Time, Benefit Eligible Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1)Assist with planning & organizing activities related to menu planning, food procurement, product holds and/or recalls, and utilization of USDA commodities. 2)Plan menus and monitor compliance with nutritional standards for Pre-K/Head Start Programs. 3)Provide nutrition education upon request; and design handouts, presentations, display boards, etc., to further educate students and staff regarding nutrition. 4)Review dietary requests and write special diets as needed. 5)Perform other duties as assigned.
