• Job Description:

• + Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams, transplant teams, geneticists, genetic counselors and metabolic clinics when needed.

+ Works closely with laboratory to facilitate timely or expedited biochemistry results. + Supports medical insurance coverage verification for medical foods, formula, supplements, and medications required for management of inborn error of metabolism or other complex medical conditions. + Completes nutrition-focused physical assessments, reviews medical records, collects data via interviews, and evaluates anthropometric status. + Evaluates assessment data to identify nutrition risks, problems, malnutrition criteria, knowledge deficits, and high-risk health behaviors.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]

• Master's [Required]

• Master's in nutrition or nutrition related field
