Certified Dietitian Vicar's Landing - Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Vicar's Landing is seeking a full time Certified Dietitian to support the nutritional health and well-being of our members in our Health Center and Assisted Living environments. This role partners closely with clinical and dining teams to deliver high-quality, personalized nutritional care. What You'll Do Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor weight trends, lab values, medication-nutrient interactions, and dietary needs Manage therapeutic diets in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff Provide nutrition counseling and addressing member dietary concerns Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Support menu planning and recommend adjustments based on population needs What We're Looking For Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with current licensure (Florida or eligible) Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or senior living preferred Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and collaboration skills Why Vicar's Landing Mission-driven, member-focused community Collaborative, team-oriented environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day
