Perm - Dietitian - Hospital (Days) Sioux City, IA 51103 Full-time Full-time We are hiring a full-time Dietitian to join a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team in Iowa. This role focuses on providing nutritional care, assessments, and education for elderly participants within an interdisciplinary healthcare environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Full-time position Responsibilities Complete nutritional assessments and care plans Evaluate medical history, medications, and lab results Recommend and implement nutrition interventions Educate participants, families, and staff Document care plans in EMR Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Requirements Registered Dietitian experience preferred Strong clinical nutrition and patient education skills Ability to work within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
