What You Can Expect:

New role within Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation providing 1:1 patient consults, floor education, workshops, cooking classes, group consults, collaboration of care and patients advocacy 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine Nutrition, physical activity, stress management, improved sleep, positive relationships and avoiding toxic substances Full time with full benefits

Accredited program in alignment with licensure requirements

Licenses/Certifications:
