•$ Position Summary Provides nutritional care and support to in-patients and physician-referred outpatients according to established guidelines and under the immediate supervision of the clinical manager. Job Responsibilities Performs nutritional assessments on patient to determine nutritional status and make appropriate recommendations. Interviews patients to obtain information regarding the patient's nutritional status. Reviews doctor's orders for dietary requirements and modified diets for patients. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree from accredited institution with a major in food and nutrition, in conjunction with Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education approved program. Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration preferred but will accept registry eligible•. Certification with the state of Indiana or application for certification within one month of Registration. Two years' experience in dietetics and/or food service operations preferred.
