This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health and quality of life. Compensation & Benefits $30-$38 per hour , dependent on experience Paid travel time at hourly rate Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate 10 days of PTO annually 5 paid federal holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility 401(k) retirement plan eligibility Supportive and collaborative work environment Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on medical needs, cultural preferences, and patient goals Provide nutrition education to patients and families, including chronic disease management and lifestyle guidance Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Document care in accordance with program and company standards Complete administrative and organizational tasks as required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related accredited field Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Active Indiana state license (required) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfort with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nutrition care About
