Approximately 8-16 hours every six (6) months, as required Position Summary Rockridge Retirement Community is seeking a Licensed Dietitian to provide periodic clinical and regulatory dietary services in accordance with Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) Rest Home regulations and EOEA Assisted Living dietary requirements. This is a contracted position providing professional oversight, documentation, and menu review on a semiannual basis. Key Responsibilities Complete required dietary assessments and written nutrition notes for Rest Home residents in compliance with DPH regulations. Review resident records and dietary plans to ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate clinical documentation. Conduct EOEA-required menu reviews to ensure menus meet state nutritional standards and Assisted Living regulatory requirements. Provide written recommendations related to nutrition, menu compliance, and dietary services as required by state regulations. Communicate findings and required updates to the Executive Director or designee. Maintain documentation suitable for regulatory review and inspection. Qualifications Current Licensed Dietitian (LD/RD) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Demonstrated knowledge of Massachusetts DPH Rest Home regulations and EOEA Assisted Living dietary standards. Experience working with older adults, long-term care, rest homes, or assisted living settings preferred. Strong documentation and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet regulatory deadlines. Engagement Details Contracted professional role (1099). Services provided on a semiannual basis or as otherwise required to maintain compliance. Flexible scheduling coordinated with the community.

Compensation Contract Rate:

$55-$90 per hour, commensurate with experience and regulatory expertise This is a 1099 contracted position with intermittent, semiannual hours (approximately 8-16 hours every six months)
