Job Description

Registered Dietitian At Christopher House, a 150-bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide high-quality care to our residents. About the
Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our dietary team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized meal plans for our residents, assessing their nutritional needs, and ensuring that our menus meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement plans of care that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities:
Assess the nutritional needs of our residents and develop individualized meal plans Conduct nutrition screenings and assessments to identify and address potential nutrition-related issues Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement plans of care that meet the unique needs of each resident Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident nutrition progress and care Provide education and support to our residents and their families on nutrition and healthy eating habits Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve the quality of our dietary services Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or be eligible to become registered A bachelor's degree in dietetics or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role How to
