Dietitian PRN Job Summary:

Aventura at the Heights is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietitian to join our team in Pikesville, MD. As a Dietitian at Aventura at the Heights, you will play a vital role in ensuring the dietary needs of our residents are met while fostering a warm and welcoming environment. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to providing them with exceptional care and attention.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized dietary plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and restrictions Conduct resident interviews and assessments to gather information about their dietary needs and preferences Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive coordinated care and attention Monitor and record resident progress, making adjustments to dietary plans as needed Participate in menu planning and food service operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Communicate with family members and caregivers to keep them informed of resident care and progress Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics, applying this knowledge to improve resident care

Requirements:

Maryland dietitian licensure 5 years of experience Experience with Kosher diets and menus
