PT Registered Dietitian

We are in seeking a dedicated & compassionate Part Time Registered Dietitian (24 hours per week - in person) to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, critical thinking and a proactive approach to promoting the nutritional wellbeing of our residents.

Responsibilities include:

Complete new admission nutrition assessments and developing individualized care plans Conduct annual and significant change assessments to evaluate ongoing nutritional needs Document and address weight changes through timely and comprehensive clinical notes Perform accurate MDS coding and supporting care plan development with IDT Provide high risk nutrition charting Collaborate with nursing, therapy and dietary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes

Wage:

$27.85/hour - $35.85/hour Including MI $0.85/hour wage pass through until 09.30.26

Qualifications:

Current Registered Dietitian credential Strong knowledge of long term care regulations & SOM compliance Excellent communication, documentation & problem solving skills Ability to lead and educate dietary teams to enhance quality of care If you are a motivated RD who values teamwork, resident-centered care and professional excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
