Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, CNSC credential preferred and/or NICU experience

Position Details:

Join our team as a Regional Support Dietitian and play a key role in delivering specialized clinical nutrition support across the Michigan region. In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in acute care settings to provide high-quality Medical Nutrition Therapy and evidence-based nutrition care that drives positive patient outcomes.

This position requires flexibility and a willingness to support multiple projects and accounts, including travel across the Michigan region to meet clinical and operational needs.

Hourly Pay:

$40.00/hour

Job Summary Join our team as a Regional Support Dietitian and play a key role in providing specialized clinical nutrition support across the Michigan region. In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within acute care settings to deliver high-quality Medical Nutrition Therapy and evidence-based nutrition care that supports positive patient outcomes. We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian with advanced expertise in Critical Care and/or NICU nutrition who holds a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential. This position will provide onsite regional support across multiple facilities, helping ensure continuity of specialized nutrition care where it is needed most.

What You'll Do:

Clinical Nutrition Care:

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes

Education:

Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community

Evidence-Based Practice:

Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care

Quality & Performance Improvement:

Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence

Collaboration & Service Excellence:

Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals

Mentorship & Professional Development:

Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

What We're Looking For:

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a specialty area such as Critical Care (ICU) or NICU Licensed Dietitian (or eligibility/willingness to obtain licensure) in the state of practice, as applicable Prior healthcare experience preferred
