JOB SUMMARY
The Adult Services Practitioner provides individual rehabilitative community-based services to serious and persistent mentally ill adults and/or adults with a serious mental illness so they may function and remain in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university plus have completed 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience; OR have completed 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience.
SALARY RANGE
$43,282 - $62,846
