Find Your Calling At Mercy! Director of Nutrition Services will be accountable for all aspects related to Food and Nutrition at all community locations with direct responsibility for unit financials, HR functions, Cash Management & Controls, Training, Payroll, ensuring consistency in programs from site to site, implementing and directing new initiatives, monitoring and promoting food and physical safety by conducting routine audits, responsible for driving patient and retail satisfaction, and all regulatory agency requirements. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details:
Education:
Bachelors degree.
Licensure:
Registered Dietitian/Licensed Dietitian is preferred.
Experience:
Five years management experience.
Certifications:
None.
Other:
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Knowledge of food service systems, medical nutrition therapy, customer service.
Equipment Used:
May use all pieces of food service and office equipment.
