Job Description
Bethany on 42nd Full Time - Exempt M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Must be a registered dietitian, licensed in ND. Possess strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Able to manage a fast-paced work load. Monitor nutritional health of residents through medical record review, dining room observations and attendance at care conferences. Update care plans and the required sections of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) as scheduled and complete all documentation as required by federal and state regulations. Provide appropriate interventions and documentation for residents identified at nutritional risk. Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary care team to address problems, concerns, treatments and discharge plans for residents.
