Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our healthcare staffing team. In this vital role, you will assess patient nutritional needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide expert guidance to promote optimal health outcomes. Your expertise will support diverse patient populations across acute care, long-term care, geriatrics, and hospital settings, ensuring they receive comprehensive nutritional care. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status and identify dietary needs. Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans tailored to each patient's condition and goals. Provide specialized nutrition counseling, including weight management, disease-specific diets, and tube feeding protocols. Collaborate with medical teams to interpret diagnostic evaluations and adjust nutrition strategies accordingly. Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes. Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately. Offer health coaching to empower patients in making sustainable dietary choices and lifestyle changes.
Pay:
$2,500.00 - $2,624.00 per week
