Job Description

The Clinical Dietitian consults with physicians and health care personnel to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of patients and advises patients and their families on nutritional principles, diet modifications and food selection and preparation. Assists with the training and directing all diet office, tray-line and clinical Team Members towards achieving the consistently high performance levels that meet and exceed resident and client expectations. Other duties are based on established goals, objectives, standards, policies and procedures, and business initiatives. Responsible for achieving results through leading, directing, coaching, training and developing clinical team members. Ensures patient and client satisfaction, quality care, regulatory agency compliance and good public relations through the safe and efficient use of resources. To qualify you must... 1. A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Nutrition or Dietetics 2. Registration with the
ADA/ CDR 3.
