This role includes conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing and implementing individualized nutrition care plans, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. The RD contributes to high-quality, patient-centered care and participates in departmental, educational, and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Function:

Monitor patient outcomes and follow up with physicians and interdisciplinary team members as needed Communicate nutrition care plans and patient progress effectively with the healthcare team Participate in lectures and educational programs for patients, staff, interns, residents, and the community Contribute to the development of new programs or improvement of existing nutrition services Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals across the continuum of care Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives Comply with infection control, safety, and environmental care policies Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in meeting departmental needs

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required Registered Dietitian credential required 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred Hospital or clinical setting experience strongly preferred
