• Full-time About the Role Sodexo Services is seeking a Clinical Dietitian
• Outpatient Renal Transplant / Diabetes Educator to join our Food and Nutrition team.

This role is responsible for integrating evidence‑based medical nutrition therapy for outpatient pre‑ and post‑renal transplant patients , while delivering high-quality diabetes nutrition education, care, and management . This position works collaboratively with renal transplant and clinical care teams to improve patient outcomes through education, counseling, and coordinated care. Key Responsibilities Provide nutrition assessment, counseling, and education to: Pre‑ and post‑renal transplant patients Renal transplant donors Facilitate weekly outpatient group classes focused on Nutrition After Transplant Deliver diabetes nutrition education to pre‑ and post‑renal transplant patients Provide diabetes care and management , including insulin education and instruction Participate in: Departmental and unit‑specific performance improvement initiatives Patient care conferences and clinical meetings Serve as a preceptor for dietetic interns during renal rotations Maintain accurate patient documentation using electronic systems

Qualifications Required:

Registered Dietitian (RD) credential Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Must hold a valid Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), (CDE) ,designation Strong interpersonal, education, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Computer proficiency for clinical documentation

Preferred:

Experience in renal or transplant nutrition Experience providing outpatient diabetes education

Schedule & Work Environment Schedule:

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM

Outpatient medical center
