Job Description

FS Rehab is Seeking a Registered Dietitian for a Skilled Nursing Facility! Registered Dietitian Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients to understand their needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Document dietary information accurately and maintain detailed patient records. Deliver nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families. Support clinical teams by providing expertise on nutrition support therapies. Maintain compliance with all relevant licensure, safety, and documentation standards.
Registered Dietitians will receive:

Registered Dietitian Requirements:
Valid Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and licensure. Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and nutrition support therapies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
