Duties/Responsibilities:

Complete nutrition assessment and follow ups on patients with increased nutritional needs, in accordance with facility policies. Documents patient information, as well as assessment of nutritional goals and/or changes in the status in the medical record/database. Educates Staff, Nursing, Food Service employees on issues regarding special dietary needs. to learn about their health goals and dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions. Attends patient rounds on assigned departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, food and nutrition. health, or a related field.
