This role is ideal for someone looking to add a flexible part time opportunity alongside a full time position while making a meaningful impact in behavioral healthcare. We are looking for a compassionate and organized RD who is comfortable working within an inpatient environment and collaborating with clinical teams to support patient wellness and nutritional needs. Responsibilities Conduct nutritional assessments and screenings for adolescent patients Develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans Provide nutrition education and counseling as appropriate Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and dietary teams regarding patient care Monitor patient progress and document interventions accurately Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary regulations Support menu and dietary review processes as needed Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning when appropriate Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential required Previous inpatient, behavioral health, psychiatric, hospital, or adolescent experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition standards Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred What We Offer Flexible part time schedule Supportive and collaborative environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact with adolescents Stable opportunity within a growing behavioral health program Benefits may include: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Are you ok working part time hours?
