Job Description
Registered Dietitian (RD) - Full-Time | Growing Wellness Practice | Henderson & Las Vegas About Us We're a fast-growing wellness center helping patients transform their health through personalized nutrition care and lifestyle coaching. As we expand across the Las Vegas valley, we're looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to grow with us — not just fill a seat, but help shape the direction of our practice. The Opportunity This is a full-time, in-person position for an RD who wants more than a routine clinical role. You'll work closely with a dedicated team, build real relationships with patients, and play a meaningful role in growing a wellness center that's making a genuine impact in the community. Some travel between our Henderson and Las Vegas area locations will be required. What You'll Do Conduct individual patient assessments and provide education on nutrition, chronic disease management, and lifestyle behavior change Coach patients through meaningful, sustainable changes in diet, exercise, stress, and sleep Document visits in our EHR system, complete billing, and coordinate care notes with referring physicians Contribute to patient education content and help develop the practice as we grow What We're Looking For Registered Dietitian credentialed with the Commission on Dietetic Registration Currently licensed in the State of Nevada 2 years of clinical experience (preferred) Strong communicator — personable, positive, and energetic Experience with motivational interviewing, goal setting, and behavior change coaching Passion for helping people actually achieve their health goals Valid Nevada driver's license (travel between locations required) Malpractice insurance Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong bonus CDE or additional certifications are a plus, not a requirement Compensation & Details $32-$39/hour, depending on experience and education Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Performance bonuses when benchmarks are achieved Insurance credentialing support provided (2-year commitment required) Real growth opportunity as our practice expands This Role Is For You If… You're creative, self-motivated, organized, and genuinely care about patient outcomes.
