Salary Range:
$70,464 - $104,779 Position Overview The Registered Dietitian providesprehensive nutritional care to patients identified as being at nutritional risk. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nutrition education and care plans, and supportinganizational nutrition program goals. The Dietitian also evaluates and adapts services to meet changing patient populations andmunity needs. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Duties Conductprehensive nutritional assessments Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans Monitor patient progress and response to dietary interventions Adjust care plans and obtain provider orders as needed Provide nutrition education to patients and families Evaluate effectiveness of dietary programs and rmend improvements Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records Ensure fullpliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Utilize EHR systems (Epic preferred) for patient records Collaboration & Communication Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Operations & Program Support Supportanizational mission, vision, and values Participate in training, seminars, and continuing education Contribute to quality improvement initiatives Maintain flexibility to work across locations and schedules (including evenings/weekends) Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible (ADA) Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred Experience inmunity clinics or diverse populations preferred Experience with Epic EHR strongly preferred Bilingual Spanish highly preferred Core Skills & Competencies Communication & Interpersonal Skills Strong verbal and writtenmunication Active listening, empathy, and professionalism Ability to manage conflict effectively Analytical & Critical Thinking Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Ability to analyze patient data and adapt care plans Problem-solving in dynamic healthcare environments Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with OCHIN Epic EHR systems Mathematical & Reasoning Skills Ability to calculate percentages, proportions, and basic financial figures basic algebra and problem-solving skills in clinical settings Work Environment & Physical Requirements Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, and sitting Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs Ability to use hands and arms for routine tasks Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching Visual acuity (close vision, color vision, focus adjustment) required Work Environment Generally low noise levels with occasional high background noise Must be able to concentrate in busy, multi-conversation settings
Pay Details:
$70,000.00 to $104,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
